Kim Possible page

Here's a Kim Possible page that Tom Bancroft and I did a couple of years ago for Disney Adventures Magazine. I've been crazy busy lately. I'll post new art soon.

Intrigue

Every once in a while, someone will ask me if I intend on finishing my comic miniseries Intrigue. Intrigue was written as a seven-issue series and three issues were published. Various circumstances (FedEx losing original art, having to change pencilers, etc.) caused the publication to be delayed. I have issues #4, #5, and #6 all penciled and partially inked. I will not publish any more issues until all the art for the entire story is finished. Here are some unpublished pages penciled by Francis Portela and inked by me.

Now in Color

I colored the Adriana drawing I did earlier,

Lord of the Rings

Late last year and early this year, I penciled 1,000 sketch cards for Topps for their Lord of the Rings: Evolution card set. I was commissioned to ink and color some of the cards after they were bought. Here are a few.

Julia Stegner

I did this drawing of Julia from a photo.

I Wonder...

I wonder what Natalia Vodianova would be doing right now if she didn't become a model, marry a rich dude, and had two kids. I think she would be creating comics. She would probably want to collaborate with the best creator in comics and since Dave Sim is semi-retired and Kyle Baker prefers to work alone, that would mean me. We would make a really cool comic (even cooler than Gun Fu). People would say, "What is this amazingly beautiful girl wasting her time doing comics? She should act or model." Natalia would then become a model, marry a rich dude, and have two kids.

Feliz Aniversario

Feliz Aniversario, Adriana!

Angelina

Today I was sitting waiting for something to happen and decided to pass the time by sketching this drawing of Angelina from a cover of a recent People magazine that was lying around.

Estella

I did this drawing of Estella Warren based on a photo.

Spiderboy

Here's a drawing of Spiderboy that Mike Wieringo penciled and I inked.

Josie

Here's a drawing I did of model-actress Josie Maran.

Halle

Halle Berry and I have the same birthday (August 14). Although she is a few years older than me, but I won't hold that against her.

Aspirations

One day I hope to be a great artist. When that day happens, maybe then I can do a drawing of Adriana Lima that conveys her beauty and sweetness.

Monica Bellucci

This is a drawing of Monica that I did from a photo.

Julia

This is a drawing I did of über cute model Julia Stegner.

Jessica Simpson

I think if Jessica Simpson didn't decide to pursue music when she was younger, she would have went to Purdue and studied computer science like me.

More Football

Here's a photo of Matt Leinart and me. For some reason Matt wanted to stand on an apple box for the photo. Here are also some drawings I did of Matt and fellow USC Trojan and Heisman winner Reggie Bush.

2006 ESPN NFL Draft

I was on the set of the 2006 ESPN NFL draft where they where shooting introduction and bumper scenes of some of the projected top picks. The premise is the football players are in a surreal fashion show. Here are some photos I took.
