Star Wars

I will be a guest at Star Wars Celebration IV in Los Angeles May 24-28, 2007 in Los Angeles. I will in the art show and Lucasfilm is letting me do a 250 copy limited edition print that will be sold only at the show.

The Simpsons

For most people their favorite Simpson is Bart or Homer. For some it's even Maggie. Mine is Jessica.

Happy Easter and Go See Hot Fuzz

Happy Easter from Wynton Wabbit and me.

Wynton and I also think everyone should go see Hot Fuzz the funny new movie by Simon Pegg and Edgar Wright (the filmmakers behind Shaun of the Dead). It's about a London super cop who gets reassigned to an English village where no nefarious activities seem to take place. We soon find out this is not the case. It's cleverly written and the editing, cinematography, direction, and acting are brilliant. You can tell that Simon and Edgar love films and filmmaking. You'll have a good time watching this flick.

Prince

This is a drawing I did of His Purple Majesty from a photo.

Hollywood Hills Fire

Here are some photos I took of the Hollywood Hills fire on March 30, 2007. These were shot from Universal Studios. I have more photos on another undeveloped roll.

And it will happen...

One day I hope to either photograph or direct Natalia Vodianova in a film. Until that day comes, I will continue to draw her. This is from a photo.

Fathom

My buddy Sean Galloway penciled and colored this cover for a Fathom one-shot issue that I inked.

Angel-A

Angel-A is a great new film by brilliant writer-director Luc Besson. It's a comedy set in Paris about a guy who is ready to give up on life until he meets a mysterious woman who shows him aspects about himself that he did not know. One of the film's stars is Rie Rasmussen who seems quite knowledgeable about not only filmmaking, but creativity as well. I did this drawing of her from a fashion photo.

Tori Praver

This is a drawing of model Tori Praver that I did based on a photo.

Kiss Kiss Bang Bang

Shane Black emerged big in Hollywood when he wrote Lethal Weapon. After about a decade in the film business, he stopped making movies for a while. He recently returned to film with Kiss Kiss Bang Bang which he also directed. It's his best movie ever. The dialogue is sharp and clever. The characters are offbeat and the action is good. What more can you ask for? Here's a drawing I did of Michelle Monaghan from the movie.

Casablanca

Here's a drawing I did of Ingrid Bergman from Casablanca.

Happy Valentine's Day

Happy Valentine's Day to everyone from Konichiwa Kenny and me!

STAR WARS: QUI-GON & OBI-WAN -- THE AURORIENT EXPRESS

Here's a page from STAR WARS: QUI-GON & OBI-WAN -- THE AURORIENT EXPRESS #2 that Lucas Marangon penciled and I inked a few years ago. If you're interested in seeing more pages or buying one, click here.

SUPER BOWL CHAMPS!

Yes, my hometown team, the Indianapolis Colts won the Super Bowl. They are world champions. Here's Super Bowl MVP Peyton Manning.

Natalia

Here's a drawing of the alluring Natalia Vodianova, based on a photo.

Adriana

I felt like drawing the sweetest girl in the world.

Irena

I did this drawing of an actress based on her headshot. She auditioned for my film and was pretty good. Maybe she will be in another film of mine in the future.

Bette Franke

I did this drawing of model Bette based on a photo.

Happy New Year!

New year, new name. Happy New Year from Konichiwa Kenny and me! This is the year Konichiwa Kenny and I become big time Hollywood players.
